Sealing Components
Ceramic materials (such as alumina Al₂O₃ and zirconium oxide ZrO₂) are used that are resistant to high temperatures, corrosion and have excellent insulation properties. They are combined with the sensing element through a hot-pressing sintering process to form a sealed structure to prevent moisture, dust and chemical substances from damaging the sensor. The influence of the sensing element ensures the long-term stability and reliability of the sensor.
Installing leading wires
Nickel solder with good electrical conductivity and high temperature resistance is used to connect the lead to the platinum electrode through spot welding or ultrasonic welding technology. The welding points must be firm to ensure the stability of the electrical connection and avoid sensor failure due to poor connections.
Make up the sensor housing
The sealed sensing element and welded leads are secured and sealed within the housing using stainless steel material that is stable in high temperature environments. This protects internal components, provides mechanical strength and protective properties, and ensures reliable operation of the sensor in harsh environments.
